A LOT OF LIGHT AND A SOPHISTICATED
ARCHITECTURE TRANSPORT A HISTORIC
RAILROAD BUILDING INTO THE PRESENT DAY
In the spacious, daylight-flooded foyer, the red brickwork of the historic viaduct meets the light-coloured concrete elements of the new building, creating an exciting contrast that is reflected throughout the entire building and the green spaces from the moment you set foot in the building. The office areas on the upper floors are dominated by generous windows, visible concrete elements, and high-quality wood. Two compact core areas ensure the greatest possible flexibility configuring the spaces. In addition, exciting visual axes and cross-connections create an inspiring and motivating ambiance on every level.
The lettable areas are located in the right-hand part of the building.
SUSTAINABILITY MEANS
PAYING ATTENTION TO THE ASPECTS
OF LIFE AND ACTING ACCORDINGLY.
AP 15 has done away with the boundaries between the outdoors and indoors. The lush terraces and green spaces with numerous possibilities to sit down and relax not only support a healthy microclimate but can also be integrated into everyday office life in a variety of ways. The spacious roof terrace offers spectacular views for a very special urban feel. As does the historic viaduct, which, similar to the High Line in New York City, invites you to take a stroll above the city.
